Dialogue of asking for a service

Asking and giving information of a community service.
1. Project two times the video included in the Recursos section. This is an example of a dialogue asking for a service.
2. Ask the students the following questions about the video (they must answer orally):
• What is the service the woman is asking for?
• What is the problem with the photocopier?
• What is the meaning of the words purchase, jammed, fix?
• What is the solution the man gives to the problem?
• Is the solution fine for the woman?
